1. Get in touch
Call 020 8075 2689 or email info@yeniscare.co.uk. We’ll ask about the person, where they live and the support they need.
2. Care assessment
We visit, usually at home, with family present if the person wishes. We talk about daily life, health, preferences and goals.
3. Agree the care plan
We write a care plan setting out visit times and how the person likes things done. You read it and agree it before care starts.
4. Care begins
Care starts on an agreed date. We check in during the first weeks and review the plan as needs change.
